      Who needs to complete an application to live at Skyline at Highlands?

      Every person aged 18 years or older planning to reside in the apartment must complete an application. Additional residents under 18 must be named on the lease and meet the outlined criteria.

      What is the application fee, and is it refundable?

      The application fee is $25.00 per applicant and is non-refundable. Please review the rental criteria carefully before submitting your application.

      What are the parking and storage fees?

      Parking is available for $150-$195 per month, and storage units can be rented for $65 per month.

      Is there a holding fee, and how does it work?

      Yes, a holding fee of $300 is required at the time of application, which will be applied towards your security deposit upon approval.

      How much is the security deposit for different apartment types?

      The security deposit is $300 for studios, $400 for one-bedroom, and $500 for two-bedroom apartments.

      What is the admin fee, and is it refundable?

      There is a one-time, non-refundable admin fee of $250.

      What lease terms are available, and is renter's insurance required?

      Lease terms range from 6 to 24 months, and all residents are required to have renter's insurance.

      Is the property smoke-free?

      Yes, all buildings, common areas, and apartments are non-smoking. This includes a ban on all marijuana products due to federal regulations.

      What is the policy on renters insurance?

      Residents must maintain a liability insurance policy of $300,000 or more, with Skyline at Highlands listed as an additional interested party.

      Are pets allowed?

      Yes, pets are allowed with certain restrictions. A refundable deposit is required, along with a monthly pet fee. Specific breeds are not permitted.

      What are the pet fees at Skyline Apartments?

      A pet deposit of $300 is required for up to two pets, with an additional pet rent of $35 per month. Breed restrictions apply.
